Thacher and Jones Capture International Spring Championships
Sandgren and De Bruycker Take 16s Titles

Studio City California's Ryan Thacher has dominated USTA competition lately, winning 46 consecutive matches, including the most recent Winter Nationals. He hadn't tested his game against international competition, however, until last week's International Spring Championships at the USTA West Coast Training Center in Carson, California. Playing in only his second ITF event, Thacher sailed through draw, winning every set, and with his 6-1, 6-2 victory over No. 7 seed Rhyne Williams in the final, the 17-year-old left-hander claimed another tournament title, his seventh in a row.
