Recruiting Update Alexander Down to Two by Julie Wrege, 26 September 2005
Sometime over the next few weeks, there will be rejoicing in either Gainesville or Austin. Why? Because 2006 Blue Chip prospect Megan Alexander (Spring Creek Academy, Dallas, TX) plans to announce her college choice - and the two contenders are Florida and Texas. Both schools have outstanding tennis programs - they met in the semifinals of the NCAA championships this past year, where Texas won 4-3. This month, they meet again in the recruiting arena for the services of Alexander.
