Tournament Summary Pac-10 Sweeps Titles at ITA Intercollegiate Indoor Championships by Colette Lewis, 16 November 2009 With their regional competitions held outdoors, the Pac-10 players who won entry into the ITA Indoor had to adapt quickly once they arrived at Yale University. They did just that, with teams from Stanford earning an unprecedented sweep of the doubles title, and Steve Johnson of the University of Southern California and Jana Juricova of California-Berkeley capturing the singles titles at the Cullman-Heyman Tennis Center in West Haven, Conn.

College Commitment Fall Signing Week '09: Katz Chooses the Quakers by Ali Jones, 13 November 2009 Five-star recruit Zachary Katz has made the decision to head East to play college tennis for the Pennsylvania Quakers. His coach, the legendary Rick Macci, thinks it is a great fit. Zach is very bright and will get a super education," Macci said. "He can be a top Ivy League singles and doubles player right away." Commitment Announcement Fall Signing Week '09: Kimbell Continues On-and-Off Court Education at Georgia by Joshua Rey, 13 November 2009 It was only fitting that, after bucking the odds as both a high school and junior tennis star, Lilly Kimbell chose college over the pros. That was a simple decision. Deciding among Florida State, North Carolina, Texas, Illinois and Georgia... now that took some thinking. Ultimately, the 5'7" right-hander chose to cross the country and attend the University of Georgia next fall.

College Commitment Fall Signing Week '09: Santa Clara's Mills Recruits Lamble by Rhiannon Potkey, 12 November 2009 Santa Clara University men's tennis coach Derek Mills tackles recruiting with the same competitive spirit he does a dual match. He is undeterred as he goes after his targets. The results speak for themselves. Last year's recruiting class was ranked, and the 2010 class starts off with Blue Chip recruit John Lamble.

Commitment Announcement Fall Signing Week '09: Dream Come True as Mengel Picks Duke by Joshua Rey, 12 November 2009 Thanksgiving is fast approaching but Chris Mengel couldn't wait until Nov. 26 to share his gratitude. In revealing his commitment to play tennis at Duke, the blue-chip Pittsburgh prospect thanked everyone from Craig Perry, his coach of eight years, to the International Tennis Academy, where Mengel spent the first half of 2009 honing his strokes. Friends, family and the staff at Pittsburgh's Shady Side Academy rounded out Mengel's thank-you list.
