HIGH SCHOOL
2008: Played number 3 for deep run behind Eric Shulman and Hunter Koontz. Had a 14-1 singles record with the one loss to Edgar Vitkovski. Key wins: Edgar Vitkovski in the regional finals, and Doug Gallagher from Robinson in the state semis. Deep Run finished 15-3 and were AAA state semifinalists.
2009: Played number 2 for Deep Run behind Hunter Koontz. Finished undefeated in the regular season. Lost to Kyle Parker in individual tournament and lost to Kevin McMillen in State Finals. Key Wins: Matt Waddell, Kevin McMillen, and Spencer Clark. Deep Run finished 17-2 and was AAA state finalist. Also, Hunter and I finished state semifinalsit in doubles.
2010: started the season at number 1 for Deep Run, but ended up playing behind Hunter Koontz for most of the year. Finished undefeated in singles and doubles in the regular season. Lost to Zach Carl in individuals after beating Edgar Vitkovski. Our team won the AAA state championship and Hunter and I won the AAA doubles title over Spencer Clark and Edwin Zhang of Thomas Jefferson
