HIGH SCHOOL
Lauryn is a freshman playing #2 singles. The first 3 tournaments that Perry has attending, Lauryn has recieved first each time, along with the team. The first tournament Perry went to, was their own tournament. Lauryn was seeded #2, behind a Senior who was seated at state. At the second tournament, Perry attended their first indoor tournament at Willow Creek. Lauryn was seeded #2. She meet up with the #1 girl in the finals, who was ranked #8 in girls 16 in USTA. Lauryn defeated her to get first. At the most recent tournament, Perry attended Tecumseh. Lauryn was once again, seeded #2 behind Victoria Vaughn who placed 3rd at state last year in two singles.
