Finished 4th as the 4 seed in The Ryan Holder (KYL2/STAL4) while concurrently playing a high school pre-season soccer tournament.

HIGH SCHOOL
Freshman year (2012): 9-2 record at #2 singles as a freshman.

In regional tournament, only lost to junior, 5-star recruit and regional singles champion Sean Donohue. Sean went on to beat 4-star Dan Chopovsky and 5-star Alex Gornet. Sean was then seeded #2 in the state tournament, and won the state singles championship, beating #3 seed Alex Gornet in the final.

Academically, received "Excellence in Spanish Award" at end of freshman year. Was also top 1-3 in his class in Algebra 1 and Civics.

Sophomore year (2013): 4-0 record so far at #2 singles (3-28-13), dropping only four games.

Played #1 singles from middle of the season on.

Earned 99th percentile ranking in both Critical Writing Skills and Reading Comprehension sections of practice PSAT Exam, administered by St. Francis HS in the Fall of Sophomore year (2012).

Named "First Team" KY High School Athletic Association 2012-13 Academic All-State Team (must have cumulative GPA of 3.75 or higher).

Junior year (2014): undefeated at #2 singles, dropping just one set;
1-0 at #1 doubles.
Recorded first win for St. Francis Wyverns in the
State Tournament since 1991, beating the Region
5 Champion.
Eventually lost in the Round of 32, 6-3, 6-4,
to the #4 seed, senior David Bush.

Received The Yale Book Award and The Wyvern Dual Sports Award.

Selected as a student in First Honors, a Business First publication.

Recipient of the AP Scholar Award, September 2014.

Named a Questbridge Scholarship Finalist, October, 2014

Received Wyvern Award for Soccer
