Since 2003 the Grinnell women have won 8 of 10 Midwest Conference Championships. The Pioneers to advanced to their sixth NCAA Division III regional tournament during the spring of 2013.
In the flighted portion of the league tournament, individuals for Grinnell claimed titles in 6 of the 9 flights and they advanced to finals in seven positions.
Post Season Highlights
The Pioneers have competed in five of the last six NCAA national team tournaments. In 2008 Grinnell advanced to the round of 32 with a victory over Westminster College.
In the fall of 2012 Laura Krull won the Midwest Intercollegiate Tennis Association regional tournament. Krull represented the Pioneers at the National Small College Championships and she finished sixth among NCAA Division III women's players. In the spring of 2013 Krull continued her successes by representing Grinnell at the NCAA Division III individual tournament, the first Grinnell player to ever be selected. Additionally, Krull won a NCAA Post Graduate Scholarship to support her graduate studies at University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
