UCLA #1 ranked player Benjamin Kohlloeffel captured the 2006 NCAA Singles Championships making him the first Bruin since current Head Coach, Billy Martin won it in 1975.
Kohlloeffel defeated Virginia's Somdeev Devarrman in the finals 6-1, 6-4.
