The end of the 2012 junior tennis season and the beginning of 2013's mean a crowded December calendar when the rest of the tennis world is mostly dormant. Last month began with the ITF Grade 1 Eddie Herr championships in Florida and ended in Mexico City, where the first Grade A champions of 2013 got an early start to the year.
