Conference Highlights
In what is arguably the strongest Division III conference in the country, Middlebury has consistently been at or near the top of the conference.
Post Season Highlights
Middlebury has made the final four 6 years in a row. We won the NCAA National Championship in 2004, 2010, and in 2018!
Individual Achievements
Middlebury has won three individual NCAA championships in the last few years (doubles twice and singles once). We have also won both a singles and doubles ITA National Championship in the last four years.
Coaching Achievements
Bob Hansen came to Middlebury from UC Santa Cruz where his teams won 7 NCAA Team Championships, 3 ITA National Team Indoor Championships, 10 NCAA National Doubles and 5 National Singles Championships, 6 ITA Div lll National Doubles and 3 National Singles Championships. He was voted ITA Coach of the Year four times and was the Coach of the Decade for the 1990's. Coach Hansen has continued his track record of success at Middlebury, culminating in winning his 8th NCAA team championship in 2018.

Andrew Thomson returned to Middlebury as an Assistant Coach after a successful playing career highlighted by being a four-time NCAA All-American in doubles with four different partners. He was also a team captain his senior season in 2010, when Middlebury went undefeated on their way toward winning the NCAA Team Title. After graduating from Middlebury, Coach Thomson earned his PhD in Positive Psychology from Claremont Graduate University in 2017.

Campus Showdowns are one-day, short-format tournaments open to juniors, college players, professionals, and adults. These events give junior players a chance to compete against college competition on a college campus.
