Conference Highlights
The 2023 Bluejays reached the Big East Conference Finals for the first time in school history
Individual Achievements
The Bluejays had 9 out of 11 players receive the ITA Academic Award last season. Jennie Hartjes received All-Big East Conference Recognition and also earned an NCAA Post-Graduate Scholarship as well as CoSIDA All-American status.
Coaching Achievements
Head coach Tom Lilly, will begin his 28th season as the head coach of the women's team in the fall of 2024. He spent 26 seasons coaching both the men's and women's teams. In 2023 he was received the Big East Coaching Staff of the Year recognition for both the men and the women.
Entering the 2024-25 season he will have accumulated 301 wins coaching the women and a total of 542 total wins coaching both teams.
