Sebastian Bielen couldn't have asked for a better finish to the USTA Boys 14 National Championship at the Mobile Tennis Center.
Needing a service break to stay in contention in a taut third set, the seventh-seeded New Yorker reeled off three consecutive games to win the championship. He defeated No. 4 seed Andre Alcantara of North Las Vegas, Nevada, 6-4, 2-6, 7-5 to complete a memorable week on hard courts in muggy Alabama.

"The whole tournament, there were tough conditions," Bielen said after taking his third gold ball home to Glen Cove. "It was pretty hot and we had to go through delays. It would be a tight moment and we'd have to stop and go off the court."
