Leach, Frosch Capture 14s Winter Nationals Titles

Eighth-seeded Jagger Leach and No. 1 Laima Frosch emerged as the respective Boys and Girls 14s singles winners at the USTA Winter National Championships in Tucson, Arizona.
Leach (Laguna Beach, California), defeated fifth-seeded Nathaniel Suh (Orange, California) 6-4, 6-7 (5), 6-1 in a battle of Southern California standouts at Reffkin Tennis Center. Frosch (Virginia Beach, Virginia) beat third-seeded Capucine Jauffret (Wilmington, Delaware) 6-2, 6-1 to earn her first gold ball.

The boys doubles championship was garnered by top seeds Jon Gamble (Las Vegas, Nevada) and Adrien Abarca (Dana Point, California). The girls doubles title went to the 18th seeds Sara Shumate (Charlotte, North Carolina) and Bella Payne (Bradenton, Florida).
