Signing Week: Blue Chip Boys

Wednesday is a big day. The number of political ads will (hopefully) go down to zero following the elections, but it’s a big day in the college recruiting world. Wednesday is Signing Day.
Signing Day is the first day of the signing period - when seniors in the Class of 2023 can formally commit to NCAA Division I or II college tennis programs and secure athletic scholarships. The signing period runs all the way through next summer, so athletes and tennis programs will announce signings on their social media pages throughout the coming months, but Wednesday is the first day, and we usually see a large number of verbal commitments get formalized with signed papers.
The most coveted prizes during this period are the Blue Chip recruits. TRN has reached out to these athletes to find out where they stand in the recruiting process. Today we take a look at the senior Blue Chip boys …
Blue Chip Status
The table below shows the Blue Chip athletes and their current recruiting status. The Commitment column shows whether the recruit has made a verbal commitment or is undecided, while the Interests column indicates schools of interest.
