Chakor Sankaran Rajendra sent an email to former Johns Hopkins head coach Chuck Willenborg at the start of his recruiting process. Willenborg informed Sankaran Rajendra he would no longer be coaching the Blue Jays, but would pass along his information to the new coach.
Once Coach Brendan Kincaid was hired to run the Division III program, he reached out to Sankaran Rajendra and they arranged for him to visit the campus in Baltimore, Maryland. Sankaran Rajendra returned for a match during the season, which “sealed the deal” for him.
