NY Empire State Games Silver Medalist (First Doubles) July 2008.
ITA Penn State July 11-14 2009. Went 1-2 defeating a Div I college senior in first round but losing to #1 college singles player from Youngtown State in second round as well as losing in first round of doubles play.
Per Joe Arias Collegiate Tennis Committee Chairman, "Liz has not even come close to reaching her full potential as a tennis player".
HIGH SCHOOL
Overall record of 83-13 since 8th grade in varsity competition. 60-2 in league VIII (all time best ever at Mercy High School). Unbeaten in league play since 2006.
Sole recipient of 2009 League VIII Sportsmanship award as voted by majority of coaches from teams in League VIII.
GPA 3.78 unweighted 3.92 weighted. Numerous AP (Calc. Physics, Bio) & Honors (History, English) courses taken.

Captained McGann-Mercy HS tennis team to 3rd League Championship in 5 years in 2009 and first ever team playoff win in school history in 2008 finishing in top 10 teams in Suffolk County NY.
