HIGH SCHOOL
I absolutely love Westminster tennis! We have a great coaching staff and we play a very competitive schedule.
As a freshman at Westminster, I earned the position of line 2 singles and was a part of a strong team that went to and won the state finals. Although our title was rescinded due to a coaching technicality, we fought hard as a team and know that we won the title between the lines.
As a sophomore playing line 2 singles, our team was very young due to losing quite a few seniors. Nonetheless, our culture and coaching gave us the foundation we needed to continue our winning tradition. We won the state championship, this time with no hiccups.
I had an amazing junior year! I went undefeated in region play and I only dropped one match the entire season. To make it even more fulfilling, I was named co-mvp of the team. Oh, and I helped my team win our 3rd State Championship during my tenure on the team:) Looking forward to senior year...
TENNIS CAMPS
I have attended Georgia Tech and UGA tennis camps during my career. I especially love visiting Georgia Tech camps. Coach Rodney is present throughout the camps and he shows a genuine interest in making sure each participant learns and gets better during their time at the camp.
