TOURNAMENTS
I am not sure why, but all my usta tournamnet play is not recorded on here. I am continuing to play in Texas Section USTA Champ tournaments and my goal is to be a Super Champ and to also play competitive tennis at a D2 Christian University. I am still growing in my game and get physically and mentally better every month.
HIGH SCHOOL
I play for a 2A Private Classical University Model High School school and went to State last year as a Junior. Part of my development as a Junior and a Senior has been my education. Since a large portion of my grade is based on logic and also verbal discussions I have grown in the mental part of the game.
TENNIS CAMPS
The summer before 10th grade I attended Lone Star Academy in Lakeway, TX. The summer before 11th and 12th grade I attended MAC360 in Austin, TX. I plan to play at a recommended camp the summer before my Freshman year of college.
ACADEMY
I play at MAC360 4 days a week year round. They have encouraged me to play in the highly competitive tournaments. Although I started taking lessons and being part of tennis clinics at age 6, my love of tennis has been a gradual one. My family did not /tennis camps/team tennisforce tennis on me like I have seen some girls...who end up burning out around their Sophomore year. Instead it was my Sophomore Year (while being home schooled) that I truly dedicated myself to the game.
